Everything I write about.....I have lived. My name is Greg L. Folsom. I am nobody special from no place special. I worked for 24 years at Certainteed in Kansas City, Kansas. In 1995, I took a disability retirement and moved to Central Florida.

I currently live on one acre of land and drive a 1978 Ford F150 pickup. I write from memories and personal experience on things like home improvement, auto repair, health, parenting, and Kansas City in the 1960s. I also like off-the-wall topics (like the little voice inside my head).

 I enjoy reading the many well-written hubs. They are informative as well as entertaining. I hope to learn much from the multitide of excellent writers here.
